Is this a sales call?
It is a strategy call. We look at how your leads flow today and show you where the biggest gap is. If TRS is a fit, we explain the options. If it is not, you still leave with a plan you can use.
How long is the call?
About 30 minutes on Zoom. Calls run Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM Eastern. We keep it short so you can get back to your jobs.
Why do you ask about years in business and revenue?
TRS is built for established remodelers, usually in business a year or more and doing $250K or more a year. The quick questions check that fit and help Mike prep, so the call goes straight to your business. Your answers stay private.
What should I prepare?
Nothing is required. If you have them, bring rough numbers: leads per month, monthly ad spend, average project value, and about how many estimates you sent last year.
Who should join the call?
The owner, plus whoever handles leads and scheduling in your office if you have that person. They know where things get stuck.
