11. Purchases and Payments

When you purchase a product, service, course, membership, software subscription, coaching program, consulting service, setup package, template, digital product, or other offering, you agree to pay the price shown at checkout, on the invoice, on the order form, or in the applicable written agreement.

You authorize Lerenco LLC and/or its payment processors to charge your payment method for all amounts due.

You agree to provide accurate billing information and keep your payment method current.

Prices may be listed as one-time payments, installment payments, monthly subscriptions, annual subscriptions, setup fees, usage-based fees, or other payment arrangements.

All payments must be made in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

12. Subscription Billing

Some products and services, including The Remodeling Systems, may be offered as recurring subscriptions.

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize Lerenco LLC to charge your payment method on a recurring basis according to the terms shown at checkout, on the order form, on the invoice, or in the applicable written agreement.

Monthly subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled.

Annual subscriptions renew automatically each year unless cancelled before the renewal date, unless otherwise stated in writing.

You are responsible for cancelling your subscription according to the cancellation terms below if you do not wish to continue.

Because subscription billing and free-trial-to-paid offers are often regulated as “negative option” arrangements, the safest practice is to clearly disclose recurring charges, renewal terms, cancellation methods, and trial conversion terms before purchase. The FTC’s current negative-option rule activity has changed over time, but the FTC continues to treat unfair or deceptive billing practices as a consumer protection issue.

13. Cancellation Policy

To cancel a subscription, you must submit a cancellation request by emailing:

[email protected]

Please include your name, business name, email address associated with the account, phone number if applicable, and the subscription you wish to cancel.

For monthly subscriptions, we require at least thirty (30) days’ written notice before your next billing date.

If your cancellation request is received less than thirty (30) days before your next billing date, your payment method may still be charged for the next billing cycle.

Cancellation stops future billing after the required notice period.

Cancellation does not create a refund for previous payments, unused time, setup fees, digital product access, software access, consulting, coaching, completed work, work in progress, or services already provided.

We do not provide prorated refunds unless otherwise required by law or stated in writing.

Upon cancellation, your access to software, systems, automations, funnels, websites, templates, CRM tools, courses, support, or other subscription-based services may be suspended, limited, or terminated at the end of the paid billing period or notice period.

14. Trial Offers

From time to time, Lerenco LLC may offer free or discounted trial access to certain products, services, software, or subscriptions.

Trial terms will be disclosed at the time of registration or purchase.

Unless otherwise stated, trial offers are available only to new customers and may be limited to one trial per person, business, account, email address, phone number, or payment method.

If a trial requires a payment method, your subscription may automatically convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless you cancel before the trial ends.

To avoid being charged, you must cancel at least twenty-four (24) hours before the trial period ends by emailing:

[email protected]

or by cancelling through your account dashboard if that option is available.

If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you authorize Lerenco LLC to charge your payment method for the applicable subscription.

15. Price Changes

Lerenco LLC may change subscription pricing, product pricing, service pricing, setup fees, or package terms from time to time.

If your recurring subscription price changes, we will provide notice by email, through your account, or through another reasonable method before the new price takes effect, unless the change is due to taxes, pass-through third-party fees, usage-based charges, payment processor fees, plan upgrades, add-ons, or services requested by you.

If you do not agree to a price change, you may cancel your subscription before the new price takes effect.

16. Failed Payments

If your payment method fails, expires, is declined, is disputed, or otherwise cannot be processed, we may attempt to charge the payment method again.

We may also contact you to update your payment information.

If payment is not received, we may suspend or terminate access to products, services, software, courses, communities, support, automations, CRM tools, websites, funnels, or other deliverables.

You remain responsible for all amounts due.

We reserve the right to recover unpaid amounts, collection costs, chargeback fees, administrative costs, and reasonable attorneys’ fees where permitted by law or agreement.

17. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, software access, setup work, coaching, consulting, templates, courses, training materials, custom work, and business services, all payments are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

This includes, but is not limited to:

Software subscriptions
CRM access
Setup fees
Onboarding fees
Website or funnel setup
Automation setup
Website audits
Lead management systems
Courses
Digital downloads
Templates
Workbooks
Coaching programs
Consulting services
Memberships
Group programs
Live calls
Recorded training
Custom strategy work
Completed services
Work already started
Subscription payments
Annual payments
Installment payments

Refunds, if offered, must be stated clearly on the applicable checkout page, sales page, invoice, proposal, or written agreement.

No verbal statement, sales conversation, email, text message, or informal communication modifies this refund policy unless it is confirmed in a written agreement signed or approved by Lerenco LLC.

18. Fulfillment and Delivery

Digital products, courses, templates, software access, and online materials are generally delivered electronically.

Delivery may occur through:

Email
Website access
Course portal access

CRM access
Download link
Client portal
Shared folder

Recorded training

Funnel or website deployment
Other digital delivery method

Software, setup, CRM, funnel, website, automation, and onboarding services may require information, approvals, logins, content, business details, access permissions, domain access, branding assets, or cooperation from you.

Delivery timelines may depend on your responsiveness, completeness of information, technical requirements, third-party software availability, payment status, and the scope of services purchased.

We are not responsible for delays caused by your failure to provide required information, approvals, access, content, or cooperation.
